I love bacon...... It's one of those foods that you can lightly cook or burn and it still tastes awesome.

I'll eat any type of bacon that's been put under my nose. Maple, regular, pepper, turkey, you name it. I'll eat it cutting or bulking, but sparingly due to sodium and macro needs.

It also triggers breakfast cravings. One night my wife was cooking just a couple pieces as a snack. Once I smelled it, I went into the kitchen and started making eggs and Ezekiel bread toast to go with it.

It is the best. I eat it once or twice a month for saturday morning breakfast. I buy the huge family pack and cook it all. Between my 2 boys and I it lasts sometimes tell sunday.

I have even put bacon on a pb&j sandwhich, eating it with my ice cream and once tried blending it into a smoothie.

smoked pork belly finished on a flat top griddle !!! similar to bacon...basically it is bacon but on steroids!!
