I would leave it alone unless they could get me one with a rattle inside it. I would probably get the old one bronzed and make a key chain out of it.

id say it all depends on what your girl likes. if she's big into your balls then prosthetic. if she completely ignores them (too bad for you) then no need for a prosthetic.

3 is better than none, except it felt like someone kicked me in the nuts about 2-3x a month and would last 2-3 days so finally I had it removed.

Yeah it was not much fun. I put up with it for about a year before even seeing a doctor. I had a vasectomy at the same time. Retrospect I should have waited.
If I was having one removed I would really consider having a square one put in. Yes really.
