Both Agmatine and CM can be stacked together. There is tons of literature surrounding Agmatine and it's different interactions. Here's a general idea of when you can dose it and it's benefits.Originally Posted by F4iGuy

People typical dose Agmatine 1-2g either spread out throughout the day or if you're utilizing it for pump purposes take it all pre workout.
CM can be dosed 6-9g pre workout, although CM is more beneficial as an endurance booster and not a pump product. I would use L-Citrulline for pump purposes.
Another product to check out for intense pumps is GMS (Glycerol MonoStearate). The pumps from this is ridiculous.

Sounds good. I've never tried anything for 'pumps' before last week. After taking pre workout sample (ON platinum pre) that contained citrulline and hitting up shoulders/tris I was blown away. I'm just not a fan of the stims.
I'm looking to make my own mix with 2 or 3 ingredients and used it only a few times a week before lifting for that 'pump' feeling. I looked into a product called hemavol, gets good reviews but I'm not a fan of the kitchen sink pre workout supps.
So far Citrulline and agmatine look good. I'm also reading up on nitrates. I'll check out GMS too. Thanks!
