California recently had a federal judge step in and say the application process for a CCW was too restrictive and is in violation of federal law

(eg. a reason for applying for the ccw was asked, and the answer "to defend myself" was not considered a valid reason)

this was in the last few months. now the door is wide open and CCW's are fairly easy to get.

.....now if only I can get some Ammo?

I believe that some counties have still been very restrictive or don't allow permits at all. Maybe that's not correct??

Ammo is plenty available....it just isn't cheap anymore.

    Amen brother!

Well, I live in San Joaquin county. It was nearly impossible to get a CCW. I was considering hiring an attorney to help me out, and threaten a lawsuit. Then the feds stepped in. I can't imagine a county more restrictive than San Joaquin. So I will assume most, if not all counties have had their attitudes readjusted.
