alright so here it is im 5'8 19years old not sure about bf im guessing somewhere between 18 and 21% bf i know this is not very low.. my current weight is 97kg soo 214lbs ive been training for the last 7 years the last 3 years ive been taking it alot more serious my diet is not what it should be i am eating healthy but being at college i like my beer so thats what i need to leave i know.... ok but lets go been running couple cycles of dbol 30mg a day with prov 50mg a day..... id like to gain some decent quality size so my options are either test enanthate with equipoise.... or test cypionate cycled with dbol and equipoise ive also got proviron im going to cycle with my cycle of choice
im looking for decent recommodations considering ive still got the unwanted fat.
im only looking at these 2 choices soo please comment on them.
workout routine would be like this: - monday- 20min cardio warm up then hitting chest and triceps
teusday - 20 min cardio back and biceps follow
wednesday- will be an hour cardio session followed by stomach work and calves.
thursday- 20 min cardio follwed by shoulders and forearms
friday- 20min bicycle to warm up knees and then its legs ... sat or sonday becomes another LI cardio session
