Ok , a month ago I asked a coach to take my bodyfat % , it was 22% . I didn't changed my diet . But I just added 200mcg of T4 , and recently (a week ago) some clen 3 times a day . Guess what , dropped from 203lb to 196lb and bf is now 14.4 % ... God damn , I wish every ****in week would be that good ... And I kept followin my Trt of Androgel . If I do the math , 203lb at 22% = 44.66 lb of pure fat ... 196lb at 14.4% = 28.37 lb of pure fat , but bodyweight only dropped of 7 lb . Does the whole remaining is muscle gain and fat loss ? Or organs(tissue like stomach , intestine, bones , etc ...) +muscle gain and fat loss ?
