help with dosage

Hi all I have just been given and about to start using gentech ultra test 400 and has the following,

Test propionate 30mg

Test phenylpropionate 60mg

Test isocaproate 60mg

Test enanthate 100mg

Trenbolone enanthate 150mg

So basically I am wondering because of the short esters would it be most beneficial to inject 0.5ml every other day or would 1ml twice a week be just as effective?

Also I could scrap this course and buy test enanthate 250 and tren enanthate 250 as money isn't an object, it's just a friend gave me 2 bottles of this gentech as he has family issues.

age is 19?

I'd recommend against and just wait til your hormonal system is finished with it's development. mid twenties is about when this will happen

I don't know why it says I'm 19 I have been on this site since I was 19 doing research but I haven't found anything about this sort of injection. I'm 21, I just need help with how often I should jab.
