Okay I've decided to drop the tren and to just take test enanthate 250, 1 ml Monday, 1 ml thursday for 12 weeks then pct following 2 weeks after last jab.
This post was to see if it was worth using the gentech as it was free from a mate.
I know I have high fat % but at the end of the course I will have a lot less and hopefully keep most of my muscle.
I have been sent the diet plan (carb cycling) it has calorie and macro breakdown and it looks very good, if the doesn't work out I can adjust it to meet my needs as I'm not new to it at all.
