I've run Tren A and Prop P for 4 weeks before. It works but I took 100mg/eod.
My bodyweight is 84-85KG Height 176cm Bodyfat %14 I eat 6 meals a day, each consist of 100gram white or red meat (lean) , 100gram of superfood ie. broccoli beans mixed vegetables. And 100gram brown rice or sweet potato.
One of the main point of eating is to maintain a constant level of insulin. Eating one giant meal will spike you insulin and is not ideal. There is a theory that we should binge eat since when we were hunter gathers that's how ancestors consumed food. Know what? They're all dead and we're not. hahaha Eating multiple meals over time is more efficient in BB.
I eat this six days a week and Sunday i have a cheat day apparently it shocks your body or something keeps it guessing so your metabolism is still raising? Is this right?
The theory is carb confusion. There is a carb rotation diet where one day you eat zero carbs, the next day eat low carbs, and the 3rd day eat high carbs. This is to keep your body guessing when it will receive carbs and burn the carbs it receives without storing it into fat. I do this diet when I'm cutting. Eating for 6 meals for 6 days and eating free one day doesn't really confuse your body. It is just a really good way to eat.
I Served in the Army so i have the training side of thongs down packed! Gym experience in lifting would be around 4 years. Ive ran a couple test prop cycles but this is my first with Tren A incl.. My question is What sort of results can i expect from this cycle, with my diet included. Any help with cycle and diet would be great... Thanks guys
Ps i already have insomnia some nights and noght sweats most nights too so not worried bout those sides
