    b6 question

    what would be an average dose to keep prolactin in check while running a moderate dose of deca?

    There isn't a safe dose of B6 that will yield sufficient results with respect to prolactin-excess. You need a dopamine agonist such as Pramipexole or Cabergoline.

    I appreciate the response, after reading swiftos comments about b6 I've been trying to dig (google) a little on it. I read one lady was on caber cause she was producing prolactin due to a tumor on her pituitary if memory serves. Her doctor decided to take her off caber and go with b6. Don't know what happened with it cause I didn't see any more on her blog. It had me curious anyways

    Swiftos article is old and the supporting studies are now known to be flawed. It does have an impact, but the impact is negligible with respect to cycling steroids, specifically with progestins. Dopamine agonists are very readily available and easy to use. That's the way to go. Keep in mind that if you manage your E2 properly, everything becomes much easier to manage.

    Prolactin-excess is not dangerous for men. Low prolactin can be troublesome.
