Hey guys,
I spent a considerable amount of time here gathering information in a attempt to perfect my cycle, its a very informative forum and has helped me lots in the weeks leading up to the start of this cycle. I had some issues with the registration but I'm finally here :-)
As the thread title says, I'm 4 weeks in and really over the moon with the results so far in strength and gains - much more than I ever anticipated. The only downside is I am carrying a shoulder injury from a surgery last year that I thought had healed. With the strength gains and lifting much more its back to haunt me in a big way. Every workout is a killer. Anyhow, I'll be posting that in the relevant forums to hopefully get some advice on my plan to help with this.
I've also been keeping a log of progress, food intake, training routines and plenty of pictures which I'm excited to share with you all.
