    Exclamation Forgot to Aspirate!

5th Injection was this morning and I forgot to do the aspiration step!!

When I got the syringe all the way to the bottom I could see blood droplets in the syringe. Such a noob move, don't need lecture on this but I am sure people will feel compelled to put in there 2 cents.

What are the consequences of this!? This happen to anyone before?

You'll be fine. Blood in the syringe is common, regardless of aspiration.

When I pin if I push the oil to hard towards the end the syringe will cause a vacuum and when i release. It will suck some blood into the needle.

First , unless the plunger was extremly easy to push( almost like HCG done the I.M. way ) , there is no chance you were straight into the vein ... I was a heroin junkie , and I know what I'm talking about when it comes to perfect injections . Both I.M and I.V. ..,., To be in a vein , you would have bring the needle at an angle of nothing greater than 45 degree (considering the vein to be degree zero) ... Unless you wanted to do it , chances are as small well , they are pretty smalls, but it can happend . Think about it : if oïl injection are as easy to push than something water based , you probably are in a vein !!! Change the needle and do it again or you'll have to waste your stuff and throw it to garbage if you wait before injecting it later ...

I've pinned more times than I can guess, and I've never aspirated...

    ....and I'm still here

basically you get a temorary pulmonary embolism...which sounds deadly, but, the body clears it. You may notice caughing or an urge to caugh, slight nausea or malaise. Ive had this happen with or without aspiration since some of the juice will find its way up the injection pathway and get into the bloodstream. The first time it happend i felt weird half the day. Now, 5-10mins, im good. I don't know what happens to the oil as far as if the ester is removed and the hormone is released, one can only guess, so does t=some of the shot go to waste? idk. Dont sweat it though, its probbaly not a significant amount

Pretty sure if you injected into the vein you wouldn't have to ask you would know so no worries.

Granted this was only my 5th injection & 2nd in the right thigh. The PIP is absolutely horrible, have not had pain like this one yet! Can barely even bend my leg sitting. Never had PIP on the same day of injection and by last night it was pretty bad, never mind this morning its excruciating. Not sure if my leg workout on Sunday is adding to this, but holy shit **** this is some bad pain.

There is no dis-coloration or any visual sign it is bad though.

I haven't aspirated since my first cycle. Eventually you'll get good enough that you won't need to.
