hello,
just started really trying to eat clean and get my cals down.
I've been eating a lot more and have also recently started taking ON serious mass & ON whey protein. scoop of each right before a workout along with some chicken and rice (cup of rice not sure on exact amount of chicken )
having some trouble thought this was the correct place to post my question:
how do you guys keep down food? i felt like it was about to come up after i had to lay down for a while.![]()
