    Printable weekly workout plans?

Anyone offer something like this that is good? I am looking to mix things up a bit and trying to find new exercises. A friend of mine is using Body Builders Bible on his phone and its pretty cool but I find the use of a notebook and writing my workouts down help me the most.

    are you training to failure?

I'm trying to build muscle but since my first/last cycle of test I have been unmotivated to get back in the gym. No PCT and I suspect low T still... I got sick last month and lost 17lbs in the hospital and am on the rebound. I have picked up about 3lbs over the last 3 weeks. I am off creatine and water retention seems really low. I am doing 15-12-10-08 sets on everything.

IMO should see a doctor as soon as possible.

Get a full blood panel and start getting in the gym. If you don't lift you won't build muscle
