Hello fellas,
Been working out on/off for about 10 years now...have done 2 very basic 8 wk test only cycles in the past with decent results. My current stats are 5'9" 175lbs. I've been consistently training for about 6 months now 4-5x/week for about 80-90 mins each time. I'm from NYC and have frequently used this forum for educational purposes, and decided to register now that I will be starting a new cycle in the next week or so, just waiting to round out all my gear.
