Hey folks, new to the forum and new to these products and may have a lot of questions if some of you don't mind answering. A little background, about 5 years ago I hurt my back on the job, badly. I spent about 3 years in physical rehab and weight ballooned to about 308lbs, I'm 6'2 and naturally pack on a fair amount of muscle so I was always told I wore it well. With that being the case though it didn't feel good. I've always been decently athletic, basketball and hockey but rarely the guy a women would look twice at. I got down from 308 to 230 and felt pretty good at 230 and then back up to 260 of not good muscle weight.
Anyway, long story short, I'm 37 and it's not getting any easier to get back to pre injury weight or condition hence my foray into this arena. I've got a few ideas in things I want to do to achieve my goals and if I can lean on anyone for some advice from time to time it would be greatly appreciated. In return I do know some stuff about stuff =P so if you ever wanna bounce a topic off me, try me, I might surprise ya =)
