Again, not being rude at all, but you were probably never 15% to begin with. Being young and flooded with hormones and a fast metabolism, you'll be able to shed that down in no time. Diet is pretty much the key here. Search on how to calculate your TDEE and use one of the many calorie trackers out there. When I was your age, I was 125lbs of skin and bone. I was tiny and weak and lacked the confidence and knowledge to change anything. You have a solid base and have years of lifting already. Just get that diet where it needs to be and you'll be a BEAST brother.
