Would like your feedback on a proposed cycle:

Context: I recently did a short 6 week cycle of test prop and anavar, I wanted to wait until summer to run a full cycle. Gains were great and I love the fast acting gear. I have a few cycles under my belt, and was only doing about 1 cycle per year and I am now looking to increase the frequency I have been following time off = time on + pct and itching to get started.




190lbs 5'8"

Proposed Cycle:

Week 1-4 Anavar 60mg
Week 1-4 Prop 100mg EOD
Week 1-14 Test Enth 700mgs
Week 14-16 Test Prop 100mg EOD

PCT
Week 14-16 HCG 500IU ED
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/50/50

Questions:
Changes to the cycle?
Keep AI on hand? Never needed it in the past

4 week of var is kinda pointless 6-8 at 100mg is were I saw good results. I don't understand the prop at end of cycle. Plus I run ai at those doses whole cycle 12.5mg ed of stane. I never get sensitive but like 2 keep estrogen in check.

You should also run HCG during your cycle.

And your pct is mistimed.

If you love fast acing gear and the results from a short cycle why do you intend to run a long, long estered cycle?

It's an interesting cycle. As BIB stated the pct should start after the last 2 weeks of prop.
I don't see the need for the prop at the end as you will new in full saturation from the long ester.
As I said an interesting concept that won't hurt you but would rather be a waste of gear. I'd split all the prop on the front end to get about 500mg a week.

12 weeks of enan @ 350mg every 3rd day
Two weeks of 100mg EOD prop, just to jump start the cycle since that's what you're looking to do
weeks 12-14 do prop @ like 100-150mg EOD < to be able to jump straight into PCT 72 hours after last shot
weeks 8-14 run the Var @ 80mg Qd

I have aromasin sitting around, do I just add that in? Still a bit confused about adex vs aromasin.

The aromasin must be used everyday due to its half life and the adex can be used eod. Add hcg on cycle and I would probably use the var to backload but thats just me.

Confused about HCG, some people say to use it towards the end of the cycle

The most favorable way is to use it in the last couple weeks of your cycle at a higher dose, like 500iu ED. The trick is to end the use of HCG just as the last AAS is running out of your system. So, 3 weeks before the the last ester leaves your blood, you would start the HCG/nolva combo. HCG at about 500iu ED and Nolva 20mg ED. This is done before Nolva/aromasin (for example) PCT starts, and runs about a few weeks longer than the end of the HCG. Always include Nolva with your HCG, they work together well.

Yes you can, imo to best benefit from Hcg is to run it by the last 3-4 weeks of your steroid cycle. Do not run hcg if your getting signs of gyno, hcg will make it worst, so becarful.

Yes, on cycle 250 ius twice a week. Blasting at the end is an older method used. The newer school of thought is prevention is the key and that is why it is done on cycle. You actually want to use it right up until 3 days prior to the start of Pct.

You should front load the nolva the first week of use (week 16)
nolva @ 40/20/20/20

Adex @ 0.25mg ED (week 1-14) or Aromasin @ 12.5mg twice a day (week 1-14)

Both of us are giving the same advice! You originally had nolva @ 40/40/20/20 and were told "no need to front load 2 weeks of nolva, just the first week". Then you changed it to 20/20/20//20. The dosage should be Nolva for 4 weeks @ 40/20/20/20

Blasting at the end could result in desensitization if you used enough. Where is your research claiming hcg on cycle at 250 ius twice a week will cause desensitization ?
