What up. Getting my first cycle today, running sust, clean diet and heavy lifting. Going for 500mg/week and lifting 6 days/week. As of now, I alternate lifts starting with Chest/arms, next day Legs, next day shoulders/back. Abs are every day, and I do some treadmill work about twice a week (usually alternating with walking on incline and running about 1-3 miles total) I go through this and take one random off day in the week, depending on when I don't feel like doing shit. Nothing is dedicated to specific days, but I make sure to keep them in that order. As of now I'm 5'11 190lbs. Would like to get up to 205 at least by the end of this 12 week cycle. I won't be updating here every day, will post pictures about 6 weeks in and after the cycle is complete. Any advice is welcome, peace!
