cycle recommendation from a friend......what do you all think of this?

I had a friend of mine recommend this cycle to me. I wanted to see what everybody here thought of it, the good the bad and the ugly.
any and all help or advise will be appreciated.


CYCLE
Weeks 1-6 D-Bol 50mg ed
Weeks 1-12 500mg Test Enanth ew
Weeks 1-12 300mg Deca ew
Weeks 1-12 Arimidex .5 mg ed
Weeks 1-12 HCG 250iu 2xweek

PCT
Weeks 15-16 Clomid 50mg + Nolvadex 20mg ed
Week 17 "if needed" Clomid 50mg or Nolvadex 20mg ed

something wrong with this? should there be more to the "PCT" side of this cycle? hows the dosage test to deca wise? is the arimidex at .5 mg ed too much or is .25 ed acceptable?

am i missing anything let me know thank you guys!

First your stats and cycle history

28 years old, 5'6" 170lbs, 16% bf, workout 5 days a week,

cycle 1
400mg test-E a week for 12 weeks

cycle 2
400mg test-E a week for 12 weeks
250mg deca a week for 12 weeks

cycle 3
400mg test-E a week for 12 weeks
250mg deca a week for 12 weeks
35mg D-bol ED

Okay
-run test 2 weeks longer than deca-deca takes longer to clear for pct
-pct is 2 weeks after last test shot so test 14 weeks deca 12 weeks
-pct is clomid 75/75/50/25 and nolva 40/40/20/20
-if possible blood work before and 6 weeks after pct
-arimidex .5 eod adjust from there
-you only really need 4 weeks dbol

And hcg till 3 prior pct and deca can be bump to 400mg a week

should i run test two weeks longer or should i cut out deca two weeks earlier? and is 50 mg of Dbol too much? also how should you determine how much test to deca? for a decent ratio....

no run 12 week deca 14 test get benefits from deca I run 500 mg of test 400 deca seems to good starting point for first deca run.
I love deca it's my favorite my joints/body feels great.
4 weeks dbol kicker starter Is fine
