Hello.
I'm 23 years old, been into fitness more than 5 years. Noticing every next year i sweat much more than the previous, but now things are out of control and it's not even summer. I definately can deal with the sweat somehow but in the same time i'm smelling really bad especially in the gym. I can't feel it, but my gf is telling me and after i take a shower and smell my t-shirt it's awful. I'm using good roll-on and deodorant in the same time every time i shower and before gym , but it's not helping that much. Any advice/tips?
Also my hair smell bad after training.

P.S. Not taking any supplements more than 1,5 month. Using just zinc 45mg and B2 to treat acne.
Before that i was using protein and bcaa ~2 years without any stop if it can matter somehow
