My hcg is in the glass amp, was wondering if I could just pop them open mix with b12 then pull it back up and put it in the b12 vial then store in the fridge. First time using hcg from an amp.

Yes. Mine comes in amps also and I just mix a little water with it, put it in a new sterile vial and mix the rest of the water as needed.
