I'm about to start a Dbol/ Test C cycle and I also ordered arimidex and clomid. I was looking for advice on the best way and when to start taking the arimidex and clomid? My plans were to take 50mg/day dbol and 500mg/week test c. Any advice is appreciated.

If this is your first cycle I would recommend 25mg/day of D-Bol. .25-.5 mg a day or arimidex(really how much you need depends on how your body reacts.)

And if all you have is clomid: 100/50/50/50 .Thats mg per day per week.

I was planning on doing:

Week 1-4
50mg Dbol a day/500mg TestC/
.5mg arimidex EOD
Week 5-12
500mg TestC/ .5mg arimidex EOD

I was unsure of the best way to include the clomid .

We recommend test only for your 1st cycle.This way if you have a bad reaction you know wat caused it.Plus with a good diet you will grow like a weed on test only.

What is your body fat?

Both clomid and nolvadex are used for PCT. Their dosages, administration, and everything else you need for your first cycle is in this thread.

I appreciate the info. Sorry for the delayed response. I'm stubborn and already made up my mind to do the dbol and testC both. I've read about some people saying to use both and some say don't but I decided on both. Thanks again for the suggestions though.

Ultimatly its up to you of course but it's not just to know what is giving you a bad side effect but also to know what you are getting your gains from. What if you test is bunk or under-dosed? It's one of those situations where less is more.

I was the same way though starting and wanted to stack but have since learned to keep it simple.
