hi everyone. i was wondering that have i built a solid base to go on cycle and don't waste my money and my time expecting results?!
21 years old ( gonna be 22 in 10 days) and 3 years of lifting exp. i'm 175 cm (5'7) and 74-75 kg (165lbs) and for the body fat i have to do a test but last summer i was about the same condition maybe 2-3kg(6-8 lbs) lighter i did a body composition and my bf was 6%
some of the pics are from last year (2kg lighter) and my deltoid is my weakest part,pecs and traps strongest
any comments would be appreciated.
