Are you asking if there is a steroid to treat high blood pressure, OR, are you asking if it's safe to take steroids if you currently have high blood pressure?

If the latter, the hypertension should be properly managed anyway due to the numerous cardiac, renal, and neurological risks associated with hypertension and most certainly it should be properly managed before consideration of any anabolic.

If your hypertension is the result of high body fat, sedentary lifestyle, or poor nutrition, correct these before considering a steroid for recreational use.
