hello,
my current diet consist of 4 meals. each meal consist of meat, cheese, veggies, and proteinshake. the meat is either chicken boob, steak, or 20% fat hamburger patty. the veggies are stir fried onions, various peppers, mushroom, and broccoli. the protein shake consists of 1 cup vanilla soy milk, one table spoon peanut butter, and 20g of whey protein.
what are yall's opinion on that diet? what do you think the affects will be?
i'm thinking changing my diet by removing meat from the first meal and replacing it with some high fiber cereal (like total raisin bran). what do you think the affects of that will be?
btw, i know yall are gunna ask me my goals, i.e. am i looking to cut or bulk. well i'm not gunna say...=) well, ok, i am...i'm doing neither. i want to lean out a bit, get my abs showing, get a few more cuts, but i also want to gain lean muscle mass...and i stress >lean<.
