NOT ok if you ask me.. This kid should be enjoying his life playing not working out.. but great physique
I didnt watch the whole thing but is there something alluding to him being locked in his room forced to lift weights?
I think its good to get kids involved and even harder nowadays bc video games are so god damn awesome. I am not a dr so its hard for me to judge but I would have my kid doing agility drills push ups pulls ups dips before weights
Kid's delts are lacking...
Isn't this the same Russian kid that all his videos were banned from youtube??
Might be different. ...but this kid does have a brother that's almost in the same shape as him
there is nothing wrong with kids exercising at an early age.
but weight training is a different thing. weight lifting stresses the body and causes injury. we don't know enough about the effects of heavy lifting on discs, knees, joints and other tendons/ligaments while a child is prepubescent, and still growing rapidly.
I think the parents are putting the boy at risk, and are utilizing poor judgment.
I still have a curl brace like that I use to use way back when. We dont know how much he is made to lift, it may only be fore the video. I agree if he is really lifting anything heavy he could put stress on his joints so that's not good.
Look at the kids in Japan and China who are in the Olympics. They start around 3 or 4 several hours every day stretching, hanging and doing all types of gymnastics. If you have seen the videos it is really sad and borderline torture.
