Hey guys I have a quick question about a little blood after injection. Ok I always aspirate and I also hold the needle in place in the muscle for 30 secconds after injection, to allow oil to move away from the needle! My question is after pulling the needle out I get a little blood and am wanting to know if there is oil in that blood? Any ideas or am I worrying about nothing?

blood and oil do not mix. if oil comes out, you will see.

A little drop of blood is nothing to worry about .

You will be able to tell if its oil for sure, You can nick a vein now and then and bleed a bit too. Nothing to worry about. If you get any into your vein you will usually taste it.

As stated above, don't obsess over it. Nothing to be concerned about. It'll happen more than once.
