Just a quick intro and then I will get into the meat of this. I am 30. Played football in college and worked out most of my life. Post college I got fat. Played at 280 (it was a good 280) then got up to 320 (BAD 320) and then dropped the weight. So here I sit, 6 foot 221 about 13% body fat. So have been working out religiously the last 3 years. My diet is tight...think of it as paleo but with dairy (whey and greek yogurt) and brown rice. I don't avoid gluten due to illness, I just bloat off it and feel better without it in my body. I don't drink much, sleep plenty and am pretty stress free. Right now I am just working down to my summer weight so I am eating 2500 cals a day, doing 5/3/1, HIIT every workout, and a 3 mile run on one rest day. I weigh everything I eat and my macros are 225 protein, 75 fat, and round the rest out with carbs or more fat depending on the day. I have done a TON of research and here is what the game plan is and what I have on hand.
I have test prop, nolva, letro, HCG, clen, and Arimidex. I have enough for two cycles already (made sure I have everything on hand) . So I will be running 500 of test prop for 8 weeks. I have HCG for the last four and novla for PCT. I have the letro and arimidex on hand for sides. Will run low dose arimidex the whole cycle E3D. I will be pinning EOD (don't mind needles and like the control). I think that about covers it. So to the log part. Started Clen today. Will not start the Test until July 6th as I will be traveling a lot between now and then and don't feel like dealing with it.
So Clen day one. Took 20 mcg right after my press workout. Just been very jittery....and warm. Will bump up to 40 tomorrow...then 60....so on until 100. Run it for two weeks.
