My goal is to be able to take off my shirt show off my newly achieved bod within the next 2-3 months. Which I am imagining will be an extra 15-20 lbs muscle gain.
I want to get big, fast, but not so fast that its blatantly obvious to everyone around me that I am juicing. I have a professional image to uphold and word about my juicing may harm that.
I don't know if 15-20 lbs in 2-3 months is possible naturally. I want to gain muscle just so much that it may have people wondering if im juicing but wouldn't be able to know for sure. If that makes any sense...
So my question would be, is there a way to juice enough or limit your workouts so you don't gain overly fast? If so, how much would you suggest I should gain every month in order to be able to keep the word on the DL?
Second question would be about how to get gear? I know the rules of the forum so im not asking for a specific vendor or dealer. I just want to know how to go about asking the right questions and talking to the right people to do this in a "safe" manner. Go up to the buffest dude at the gym and ask him where I can get the gear?
I am going to hire a personal trainer at my local big name gym and I would like to tell him im juicing so he can tailor my workouts accordingly. But is that a good idea to come out upfront and ask him if he could train me specifically for juicing? What are my repercussions if he doesn't agree with them and refuses to train me while taking them?
