this scenario is different. Usually its the lone gunman, maybe disillusioned or on meds. This one is crazy because two people thought it was the right idea. What revolution were they referring? The 3% uprising against the current government? Then why shoot a civilian? I wonder if a manifesto will be left behind to shine some light on this.
