cool thanks! yea i was thinking I was about at the 10% mark. And yea not very buff at all I'm 6'3.5 and sitting at 193-195 ish right now. also I cant get get too big because I'm a fashion model lol I'm considered buff to them already lol. Just trying to lose a few more% and maintain. I haven't used anything in the past, I was thinking of using some clen but I don't think I really need it. But we shall see.![]()

Delts mainly
Don't really feel you are at a point you can really worry about individual development, overall size would be my focus.
I cant really get too much bigger or heavier than I am right now. I'm a fashion model and I am already almost too big as it is. Im just trying to stay as lean as I can, and have a bit of a more proportionate physique. Im not that bad really right now, just my delts i think could use a little more size.
