just go to Costco and get their isolate

each of the sources you mention represent protein with different burn times. in my first post, I was thinking you were only talking about powder. The BEST source of protein would come from whole foods (muscle meat, eggs(whites) that sort of thing.
You use protein powder to finish off your macros for the day

Nothing wrong with a straight 80% WPC. No need to overthink and pay the supplement companies any more than they try and con you out of anyway.
