Injection Question: What did I do Wrong

I have injected my quads many times and this is the first time this has ever happened.

    I injected needle into quad 1" 18 G
    Aspirated just an air bubble
    Injected 1 Ml
    Pulled out
Blood stared pouring out of pin hole in quad (not like a crime scene, but more then ever before)
2 Days later I have a bruise around the size of a golf ball on my quad.......
    (NOT INFECTED)

All I want to know is what happened?

You probably passed through a vein. Why in the world are you using 18ga needles? You should be able to get by with a 23ga. Ive used an 18 ga before, never again. That shit hurts.

18g...you are tougher than I am, maybe you passed thru a vein on your way in. Thats a heavy duty pin brother.

I never really noticed any pain from the pin before....lol
The bruised site doesn't hurt either. Just a bruise.
I just look up and push the pin down into the quad.....

The 23g takes forever to inject oils... Its too much of a workout

I have in happened multiple times. Wait until you are injecting your glute and you pull out the needle and blood shoots across the room.

I've had that happen many times. A few times there was blood everywhere. Most likely just passed thru a vein as others have said. I too got a bruise after and no pain so no worries.

Yea you gotta love the old blood spray out of the quad after pinning. Damn 18ga that's more like harpooning not injecting.
