It's 2:39 AM and I'm feeling pretty damn lonely.

You guys probably don't know this, but I live in Quebec and it's the national holiday day here. All of my friends are out celebrating getting drunk and high and laid BUT I didn't go with them, instead I'm alone at home. Don't have a girlfriend either, and most of my family is on vacation. Why didn't I go with them? Well, because I knew that if I did, I would end up drinking alcohol. I always say that I won't drink, but I always end up doing so anyway because of our peer pressure, so I simply don't go out anymore, or at least not very often. I decided to stop drinking a few months ago because I think it's unhealthy and also because I wanted to get more serious about bodybuilding, and it's cutting season for me so I would simply hurt my weight loss gains and regret it afterwards.

I know I'm doing it for all the right reasons and that, in order to get results that others don't, you have to do things that others won't (such as not drinking), but still, it's pretty hard to be home all alone on a day of celebration.

That's all. Just wanted to share this with you guys.

It's funny, once in a while I will have a drink (not get drunk) 4 or 5x a week for a couple of weeks and then start to wonder if I'm drinking to often then I will go a couple of weeks without having a drink not even thinking about it. It's good to at least be aware of how much you drink or dont.

Oh I am completely serious. I don't have yellow fever....I have the yellow PLAGUE. I have absolutely no will power with hot Asian chics - and yes, the ones in the gym are very distracting.

It's the damn asian pheromones I'm telling you. It's like their venom!!!!!!

BC a.k.a Asianland. It's so close yet so far away from where I live. In the same country but still a 6 hour flight to get there.

BC is great - my favorite province. I told my HAW I'd take her there eventually......but in hindsight, now I'm thinking that might be like taking sand to the beach.

Well I have to say at least mine was probably in the top 5% in looks but still.... I was having a difficult time not starring at a couple though. One was a dead ringer for an ex of mine although she was Thai and this one was a couple of years younger and there was another one I would like to be future ex.

Another nice thing about Asian/Filipino gatherings, there is always a LOT of food.

Meh, I don't know man... I did party hard for a while but it didn't really make me happy. I was only a little less depressed, but still depressed. Working hard towards the body of my dreams is what makes me happy.

Jay, you don't need to drink when you go out with your friends to have a good time. But if that's what they want to do and you have goals of bodybuilding, what I suggest is that you make some new friends. Believe it or not, there are other guys out there that have the same interests and goals as you. It might take some effort, but it'll be worth it.


Now as far as it being late at night and you're all alone, either get to bed or try out one of those dating sites and see if you can get some chick to come over.
