been on a strict diet for the past 7 weeks now, have made excellent gains, dropping almost 15lbs in fat & water weight, dropped at least 6-7% bf too, would say im about 13% now. really want to go below 10% which i think i can do in the next 5 weeks with good diet, training etc etcive never been fat just a little chubby on my belly arms legs never hold any fat so generally look pretty lean all year round. with belly fat does it just take it time to shift ? diets spot on id say, cardio twice a week high intensity & weights 4 times with abs 3 times a week. patience is the way i guess ? can see a 6 pack in the right lighting but in other lights my belly still looks abit chubby !!!! any new things i can try, more abs more cardio you recon ???
