Sauna and diuretics

What's the difference between taking a sauna and diuretic will both do the same job or differently?

Different, sauna will make you sweat the water out and diuretics will make you excrete it through urinary system. i do not like sauna i think there is too much risk for a rebound effect and its uncontrollable in my opinion.
