Elevated SHBG reaching Equilibrium

So I've finished my restart and my SHBG is high.
At the end of my restart
Total T 700
SHBG 80(20-55)
Free T 30(35-95)

Now 8 weeks past PCT I'm
Total T 421
SHBG 55(20-55)
Free T 4(9-20)
estradiol 16(7-42)

Now the first blood work I had back in 2011 before heavy AAS use and HRT I had a Total T of 467 but my SHBG was 20. I think if my SHBG I can start to feel somewhat human as I know I've never had high T levels.
My vitamin D is healthy and my estradiol is in check so I don't know why my SHBG is so elevated

Are you on thyroid meds?

No meds and thyroid is normal.
Only elevated SHBG and low DHEA
