    reveiw my diet pleased

    So I just started cutting down for my first show I'm 5.7 and 165 with 8% bf
    6:30am - 6 eggwhites , 1 banana , 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water blended together and microwaves
    9am - 180g tuna with 1/2 cup brown rice , salad and an apple
    12am - 200g chicken our steak, 150g sweet potato, broccoli green beens and mixed veggies.
    3pm - 180g tuna with 1/2 cup brown rice
    Bcaa and creatine befor gym
    Baca and banana after gym
    6pm - 200g chicken or steak with steamed or stir fried veggies , no Carbs
    8pm - 6 egg whites omelette with tomato capsicum mushroom and spinach.


    What's your thoughts on my diet Iv been give it by my coach n he wants me at 4% 3 weeks out?

    You are at 8% body fat and have a coach. You are shooting for 4% body fat. I am not competent to give you any advice at all, and I imagine very few people here are.

    I would listen to your coach.

    Do you know the macro's? What's your cardio plan? Is this a set diet that you follow daily? How long have you got to get to 4%?

    I got 9 weeks to get to 4% I follow it 6 days a week and Sunday i eat watever but try keep it cleanish. I don't know macros or cals.

    I guess only time will tell. I'm assuming you are having weekly weigh ins and bodyfat measurements so you can adjust where appropriate?

    I don't think a weekly cheat day 9 weeks out will do you any real favours tbh. Your cals and carbs look relatively high anyway. Be interested to see the macro's if you can work them out, particularly the level of protein.

    What gear are you running?

    Yeah I try keep it clean still on cheat day. For cardio in just gonna start walking on an incline. Check ups every two weeks so we will see how it's going next week. No gear yet was gonna run test p at 300mg per week in two weeks for ten weeks and then anavar at 60mg the last 7-8 weeks. What's ur thoughts on that?

    Enter your foods into My Fitness Pal, and it will spit out your macros and cals for you.
