So I just started cutting down for my first show I'm 5.7 and 165 with 8% bf
6:30am - 6 eggwhites , 1 banana , 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup water blended together and microwaves
9am - 180g tuna with 1/2 cup brown rice , salad and an apple
12am - 200g chicken our steak, 150g sweet potato, broccoli green beens and mixed veggies.
3pm - 180g tuna with 1/2 cup brown rice
Bcaa and creatine befor gym
Baca and banana after gym
6pm - 200g chicken or steak with steamed or stir fried veggies , no Carbs
8pm - 6 egg whites omelette with tomato capsicum mushroom and spinach.
What's your thoughts on my diet Iv been give it by my coach n he wants me at 4% 3 weeks out?
