Insurance wont cover TEST

Hey Bros, i need some guidance in beating the system in Guatemala , Central America.
Its so ridiculous how insurance works around here but they dont Cover Hypogondism around here.
I need help in what way I can explain my insurance that I need Test without telling them I have Hypogondism.
Some pointers would be apreciated.
Something else that would make sense.
Hypothyroidism etc....

No idea, Test in the US w/o insure with a coupon is about $45 that lasts about 3 months.

Will he write you a script? If so what is the cost w/o insurance?

Don't know what to say. Can't you almost buy it over the counter there? Here in the states most insurance plans don't cover test either. I used to buy it from Costco for $45. It went up and now I'm using the goodrx coupon to buy it at Walgreens for $41.

Unfortunately there is no way to buy vials pharma wise. They sell Sustanon by the ampule. The only way to bu Test Cyp is underground. I want the legit stuff!
What I want is to give a reasonable explanation for my Insurance to give me pharma grade Test ampules for half the price due to insurance. Thats how things work around here.
I want test, but I have to prove them its not through TRT.
Lets say, I need test due to an injury, or hypothiroidism or some justified excuse that makes sense.
