Need help with test results on kidney and liver.

I recently got a blood test done and my doctors nurse called to say that my liver enzymes and kidney enzymes are both high. They said to cut out any protein supplements and don't drink any alcohol then retake the test two weeks later. Here are the results:
Kidney(Creatinine) H Result:1.40mg/dl normal range: 1.34
Liver test (AST) H result: 42U/L normal range: 40

I go this blood test while in PCT with nolvadex and clomid so I think the liver part is due to that but for the kidneys is my protein intake too high? I take in around 250-300g of protein a day and weight fluctuates at 200lb.

What were you on in cycle, if you were on an oral it will take a while for your levels to come back to normal. Should have waited before doing bloods.

Not many people need that much protein. But your results aren't alarming. Just take NAC at 600mg daily and you'll be fine.

Simply working out will raise liver enzymes for up to 10 days. Seems most doc's don't know this. Listen to the hot broad just above.

This is true. While "most" doctors don't know that mine did and he told me to expect elevated levels in people that lift regularly.

Eat meticulous, train ridiculous for best results.
