28 years old, 5"11 @ (sadly) 165lbs. Bf% idk, see avatar ^ Just had my gallbladder removed about 3 weeks ago, lost around 20 lbs. I normally run maintenance calories but now trying to put on some lean mass, to get myself back up to the weight I was before surgery. Actually higher, shooting for 195 lbs.
Today was my first day starting this, and after everything was added up my macro split came to 43% carbs (396g) / 30% fats (125g) / 27% protein (251g). 3680 calories, about 500-600 cal surplus higher than normal. Bare with me, especially on my "snacks/fillers." Working on a drilling rig for 12 hours a day requires quick and easy meals, and stuffing pockets in case you get in a bind. I've never been real carb sensitive. The carbs seem high after added up, probably more than I'm used to but they seemed to help get me through the day today a lot better than normally (no 3pm lethargy.)
