Hey guys...been a member here a long time now. Quick question.
Im in the middle of a clean bulk. Started it at 15%. 3rd week in.
I was thinking about carb cycling now or just pushing through staying clean like I am then Keto at the end to drop
any additional fat that may be left.
I just really feel better eating my pre work out beans/broccoli/chicken type meal before the gym. I don't want to give that up because the energy feels good. But I do want to shred the rest of any BF I can to get down to 10/11% BF. I also don't want to loose the muscle that I am putting on.
Ive never done a straight Keto and I fear if I do it now I will loose the fat and the muscle and not have the energy for the workouts.
Any thoughts would be good.
