Hey what sup guys new member to the forum to find some answers when I have questions, currently in the middle of my first cycle of sust 250 at 250mgs monday and thursday and deca 250mg thursday, really enjoying it so far, weight prior to cycle was 190 at 5'10 8 weeks ago,1rm pr's prior to cycle were 275 bench, 405 squat, and 455 deadlift. 8 weeks later weighing in at 206 bench 315x4, squat 405x6 and deadlift 495x1. Nice to meet you all and hoping to learn a lot more on this forum and find some inspirational goals. Forgot to add i Also got pct lined up,
