Problem with gaining weight after pro hormone cycle

    Hey guys,

this is a long one sorry!

Here's the deal, I took a pro-hormone about March 2014 called super DMZ 3.0 and it worked its deal. When I took it I had been fresh out of a grueling 5 month long wrestling season, Keep in mind that we are in a catabolic environment during these months. When I finished college wrestling season I was about 192 lbs at 5'11, and I didn't know my body fat % but I wouldn't consider myself to have been very muscular.

So I began taking the pro- hormone at 3500 calories and gained about 7 lbs. of pretty good muscle. but nothing out of the ordinary since I thought that I would gain more muscle since I was going from a cutting mode to an anabolic environment (My Calories stayed the same since the wrestling workouts were so intense that 3500 was enough for me to cut weight during season and once I was off wrestling season those same calories were enough to gain muscle) SO after the cycle I began PCT and to be honest I didn't follow it as strictly as I should since I didn't feel any sides(which was bad I know). I took E Control, Ultra Male, and Advanced Cycle Support(which has milk thistle) for my PCT, all of these were from the same company as the Super DMZ and part of the stack. My calories stayed the same and my workouts were just as intense.

NOW here's were things get interesting. I began losing size, as in most cycles but I lost way to much size. My arms went from 16 inches to 15 inches and my lifts suffered even with my diet and changing up routines. I began to think that maybe I was eating to little calories so I upped it up to 4000 calories even though the year before I had gotten good results(without gear) but gained a lot of fat. SO I went ahead and upped my calories and the only thing that happened was that I gained fat around my stomach and lost definition so I started to freak out. my arms are the same size that they were before the cycle and even though my lifts are somewhat stronger they are nowhere near all the were they were with all the strength that I had gained. Right now wrestling season is around the corner and begins in November with practices starting mid October.

I would like to know what you guys think I did wrong whether it'd be the diet, the gear, the PCT, the workouts and how I can fix this and what to do better next time. I know that I am too young to take gear at 19 but it has happened and I am here. It's not like I have a horrendous physique currently, I am considered a pretty muscular guy by all the people that don't lift but if I compare myself to you guys I am nothing. Not this is the only cycle I have ever done and don't plan on doing another for a while. Any advice that I don't already know is gladly welcomed and appreciated. Thank you for helping me out as this is driving me nuts!

I just got done posting how more people seem to have issues long term from pro hormones that aas although none are reccomended unless someone meets the criteria of age and experience in training and diet.

I'm guessing your testosterone is still suppressed so you have low T. 1st thing is you need to get blood work done to check your Free Testosterone levels and your Sensitive E2 as well as other hormones.

If your Test is low then you need to run a proper PCT, not one of those OTC supplement ones. Get it from the site sponsor at the top. Dont just run out and buy a PCT thinking that will fix things. Get the blood work done first so you know what you are fighting.

    thanks lovbyts,
I will get that done, I have some doubts however,

    1) what results can result from a pct this late?
    2) Would can PCT still be taken this late and would it be bad for my health at all?
    3) I will begin cutting within a week for wrestling, would it not be a smart idea to do so if my test levels are suppressed
    4) and out of curiosity were my calories to high at 4000?
    5) What type of PCT should I take?

thanks this goes out to whoever wants add to the convo aswell

If your test levels are still low then it can still help kick start your test and get things working again properly. No negative sides from doing it late.

Are you experiencing anything else though besides size loss? This could simply be due to diet, training and cycle. Most people loose at least some size after cycle but if excessive it could be test related.

Are you feeling lethargic? Depressed? Moody? Any ED issues?

It's still a good idea to get the blood work done so you know what you are dealing with if anything.

    Got it,
Im depressed over the loss of my gains and fat gain and the fact that i just broke up with my gf so i guess so. Everything is working fine down there so how long should i run pct to get my test back to normal and with what substances?? Should i wait to cut??

Get the blood work done 1st in case you dont need PCT, it's a cheap guarantee. Look up private md labs online if you dont want to or cant go through your doctor.

You can start cutting anytime, it's all about diet and cardio. EASY at your age. I use to run for a couple of hours 4-5x a week just to go out and think, also because my car was always broke down and it was the only way to get over to my gf's house. lol

Best way to get over one girl is to get on top of another. Get out there and start doing stuff you enjoy and you will find another one. It's all part of life. Ive been heart broken/crushed more than once.

    Hey Lov,

I finally got the test done and got my results back
    Testosterone total: 747 ng/dl
    Testosterone Free: 18.4 pg/ml
    Estradiol: 32.9 pg/ml

What do you think of these results? I obviously already interpreted myself but its always nice to hear from another source and since you advised me to get my levels check I figured I would ask your opinion on my results

    Thanks!

Well your levels look pretty good IMO. I'm sure the ranges are pretty typical.
No need to run a PCT. I guess you can chalk part of it up to people typically loose at least some of their gains and of course diet had a lot to do with it. Time to start tweaking the diet. Not much else it can be.

It's not just the # of calories but how they are used. There is some good info in the stikies at the top about eating at the right times and what to eat to use the fuel properly.

    Total 348-1197
    Free test 7.2-24
    Estradiol sensitive 3-70

    Thanks lov,

Im thinking that maybe my test was low but slowly rised since i started making gains recently but now im going on a cut and feel relieved to know that no gains will be suffered at the hands of low t. It was a learning experience for sure and to be honest kinda spooky. Thanks again!

    test alone would suffice. trust

So youre saying to take test alone for cutting or for my next bulk?
