    subcutaneous water PLEASE HELP

    I really need your guys expertise and advice here.

    I was very lean with solid 6 pack at 210 lbs and after a vegas trip of all you can eat buffets and lots of alcohol I feel like I cant get rid of the water weight.

    Its been like 5 weeks and I am eating super clean 350g protein, 250g carb and 50g fat all healthy and no cheat meals. I started to take CLA, L-Cartine, Dandelion root but nothing seems to help. I have abs and am lean but I hold so much water especially in the mid section.


    What do you guys recommend?

    Zero carb for a few weeks.

    I push more water after vacation. How much water u taking in everyday??

    Drinking about 50% more water than my normal intake will usually dry me out in a couple days after benders like you described.

    "Water weight" doesn't stick around for 5 weeks once you stop doing whatever put it on.
    You gained fat.

    I been drinking 1-1.5 gallons of water consistenly. Do you feel I should zero carb for few weeks or maybe carb cycle 275g protein 120 g carb and 60 g fat and then every 4th day 200g protein 330 g carbs and 35g fat.

    what do you guys think?
