so my macros look a little somethig like this
protein 250g
carbs 100g
fats 40g
im on a sereous strict cut ! having 1 cheat meal/refeed once a week sunday evenings but apart from that the other 35 meals or so are dead strict!
so today ive had
meal 1: 100g oats, 40g whey protein & bcaa's with black coffe
TRAINED whilst drinking my gaspari "aminolast"
meal 2: 25g whey protein, homemade lamb burger containing about 30g protein & 30g fats as i used egg yolk to bind with 5 heads brocoli.
my question is is that okay to do if i dont consume any other fats today ? as of now chicken, brocoli & egg whites that is all.
still fits my macros for cutting but all in one sitting ?
