I do hammer curls, preacher curls and barbell curls for 4 sets at 10 reps, 8 reps, 6 reps, 4reps. I increase the weight each set. My question is why do I never get any bicept soreness? My arms seem to grow at a slow rate. I keep strict form also. Not that soreness means anything, but all my other body parts seem to get some kind of soreness after I work them. Am I just not pushing them enough, I don't want to over work them either?![]()
