The dad Probably wouldn't have been charged if he beat him to death either. Hope he gets the same treatment in jail that the father gave him.

If it said "Police: Fla. father beats convicted child abuser" I would have zero problem with this but accused? Lot's of people get accused of doing things all the time do not mean they did it.
