    how much will a week of shit food, alochol & no exercises set me back on my cut ?

    basically we all diet for a reason, mine was to prove i could get a nice visible set of abs and for holiday. im off in 2 weeks for 1 week with my misses, now obv i dont want to be boring, im on holiday and want to enjoy myself so will eat what i want, forget about how much protein im consuming etc etc obv no training and going to be having a few drinks (all inclusive) how much would a week set you back roughly im kinda thinking it will do my body good in a way to have a week of normal food, no gym and hot wether. the day i leave il do my last pin of 400mg masteron enanthate and 300mg test enanthate. come home start pct a few days later. hoping still being on will hold some gains too. probally be about 11% on the off guessing il come home around 15 or so and a few kg heavyer as it is all in so going to pig the **** out !

    I really think you will to have completely start over. Forget about before, this one week will set you back so far you might have to redo those mistakes from cycle one in 2011.

    haha very funny, from what i hear wont set me back much at all, week of training be good and dieting 10 weeks my body's craving this big time ! probally 2 week set back tops u recon

    I've done that every year over the last few years. Head off to some resort in Jamaica, Mexico, Dominican, etc and party like a rock star and **** like a porn star, on top of that, snorting some coke. How much did it do to me, not much at all. Lots of swiming and being in the sun all day burns enough calories, add in some dancing and bangin and its not too bad. (I dont eat the shit foods at the resorts though)

    it depends on your atrophy rate and then your ability to get back on track and recover.

    Since atrophy rates and recovery rates differ with all individuals, the answer is impossible to know by a third party not familiar with your physiology.

    I do know that the older you get, your atrophy rate increases and your recovery rate decreases.

    yea guess it set me back however im not a sad case who wont enjoy myself by eating shit and drinking abit, worth adding some fat i guess to enjoy food and drink. hopefully not too much hah

    there are compromises you can make while on vacation. you don't have to let it all go. the booze will really pack on the calorie intake. You can help offset that by filling the gut with more salads. you can still try to eat healthy most of the time. Doesn't have to be pancakes with whip cream and strawberry syrup every morning and burgers for lunch every day.

    compromise and have some enjoyable meals, just don't completely take your eye off the ball is all I'm saying

    if your eating high cals from food you probally put on alot of weight but not too much fat, go extremely strict 5 days before, no carbs and virtually no fats and trust me anythin you do eat your body will absord it much better. just lay off the pints and have fun. no point in training if you cant enjoy your holidays !!! lol

    I added more than one pound a day over 4 days on holiday, 5 pounds total, but it was gone within a week of resuming my normal schedule once I arrived back home.
